Returns Policy
Exchange only, no money back, store credit only. Merchandise must arrive back to us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date indicated by your order’s tracking number.  Items must be in brand new condition.  No signs of wear, tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free, and deodorant free.  Jewelry, Candles, Skin Care, and Car Fresheners, Designer Inspired Products can NOT be returned.  SALES items are a final sale!

Return Process
Detailed guidelines for returns/exchanges:
  • All items must be postmarked within 14 days after confirmed delivery date.
  • Please do not attempt to return items beyond our 14 DAY exchange policy. 
  • If you are planning on exchanging and are worried about your new size/color being sold out by the time your package arrives, let us know and we will pull the item.  
  • Please include packing slip OR your own note with your name, number, and indication of exchange, or store credit.  
  • Buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs unless we made a mistake.
  • Ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion, but we do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the items is yours once delivered.  We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return.  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • All clearance items are final sales, no refunds on clearance items!
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is non-refundable unless you received damaged or the wrong item(s). 
  • Ooh La La Boutique has the right to refuse an exchange based on the current condition of the item for return.  To begin the return process please email oohlalaboutiquect@yahoo.com.  If you receive a damaged item(s) they must be reported to oohlalaboutiquect@yahoo.com within 3 days of confirmed delivery date.

Damaged/ Wrong Item(s)   
If you receive a damaged item(s) they must be reported to ohlalaboutiquect@yahoo.com within 3 days of confirmed delivery date. 
  • Please contact our customer service team by emailing oohlalaboutiquect@yahoo.com immediately so we can send a replacement item and include a return shipping label for your damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). 
  • We will happily send out a replacement of your original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available.  If the item is not available, you will receive a refund of the original item in the form of an e- gift certificate.

    Undeliverable Packages

    Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at the buyer's expense. The initial shipping charges are non-refundable. 

    Online Gift Certificates

    • E- Gift Certificates can only be used online at our website oohlalaboutiquect.com.
    • E-Gift Certificates never expire and should be treated like cash
    • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the e-gift certificate will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance.

    Once returned, your items will be processed in the next 1-2 business. We will either ship items out we have pulled back for the exchange along with a confirmation call letting you know your items have shipped. Or we will put the credit on file.

    Shipping 
    We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some addresses.  We ship with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 shipping to better serve everyone.  There will be free shipping offered to any orders over $100.

    We will offer a local delivery to anyone in Colchester, Connecticut for a $5.00 fee.  If you have any particular way you want your items to be shipped, please note but you may be charged an additional charge.
